OFFER CONDITIONS — 2026 YEAR-END GIFTS

1. Organizer

The promotional operation "End-of-Year Gifts 2026" is organized by Indra LLC, operating the Arcana Veneris store.

Participation in this operation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Offer Duration

The operation is valid until November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

Only eligible orders placed and whose payment has been validated during the operation period will be able to participate.

3. Products Concerned

The offer concerns orders placed on Arcana Veneris including at least one product belonging to one of the following categories:

  • lingerie;

  • scented candles.

Other product categories are not concerned, unless otherwise expressly stated on the store.

4. Participation

Any eligible order, effectively paid and not cancelled, participates in the operation.

No additional fee is charged for participation: the amount paid by the customer corresponds exclusively to the products ordered.

A cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent order, or one subject to a payment rejection loses its eligibility.

The purchase of an eligible product does not guarantee a gift.

5. Gifts and Prizes

During the operation, participants may have the opportunity to receive or win various gifts.

Grand Prizes

The grand prizes planned for the operation are:

  • 1 prize of €5,000;

  • 2 iPhone 17 Pro.

Other Gifts

Perfumes and jewelry may also be offered to participants throughout the operation.

Unlike the grand prizes, no predetermined total quantity of perfumes and jewelry is announced. Their attribution may occur throughout the offer duration, according to the terms provided by the organizer.

The availability of a particular perfume or piece of jewelry may vary. Models, references, or presentations shown in promotional communications may be used for illustration purposes.

6. Grand Prize Attribution

The winners of the grand prizes will be randomly selected from eligible entries in accordance with these terms and conditions.

There will be:

  • 1 winner of €5,000;

  • 2 winners of an iPhone 17 Pro, i.e., one phone per winner.

The grand prize draw will take place after the closing of the operation.

The same person may only receive one of the three grand prizes.

7. Attribution of Perfumes and Jewelry

Perfumes and jewelry may be attributed separately throughout the operation.

These gifts are distinct from the final draw concerning the two iPhone 17 Pro and the €5,000.

The attribution of a perfume or a piece of jewelry does not prevent the participant from remaining eligible for the grand prize draw.

8. Winner Notification

The grand prize winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided during their order.

No payment, processing fees, or additional purchases will be requested from a winner to claim their prize.

The winner may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their identity and to deliver their prize.

In the absence of a response within 14 days after contact, the organizer may proceed with a new attribution of the prize concerned.

9. Grand Prize Delivery

The €5,000 prize will be awarded to the winner according to the terms communicated directly by the organizer.

The two iPhone 17 Pro will be shipped or delivered to the winners according to the terms communicated to them.

If a secondary characteristic of the announced model, such as color or storage capacity, is not expressly specified in the offer, it will be determined based on product availability.

10. Fraud Prevention

Arcana Veneris may exclude any fraudulent participation or one resulting notably from false information, manipulation of the operation, or fraudulent payment.

11. Personal Data

The data necessary for organizing the operation may be used to verify the eligibility of entries, proceed with attributions, contact winners, and ensure prize delivery.

They are processed in accordance with the store's privacy policy and applicable regulations.

12. Acceptance

Participation in the operation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Offer closes: November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

After this date, no new order can grant access to this operation.
